* We will refund items if returned with the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories within 30 days of purchase, less a 15% restocking fee. Beyond the 30 days all items are subject to their manufacturers warranties.

* In the case that we (HotShotStorage.com) was at fault then the restocking fee will be waived and we will refund the complete purchase price, including shipping and pay the return shipping as well.

* Returns are gladly excepted if merchandise is returned in original packaging and all parts / pieces are included.

* It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser unless we were at fault.

* Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

* Returns must be received no later then 15 days after an RMA number has been issued.

* All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) Clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

* Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip or copy of the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Furniture must be disassembled in original packaging.

* Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at ours or our manufacturers warehouse.

* If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

* We reserve the right to issue only one RMA per returned product.

* All products outside of the 30 days of purchase are covered by there respective manufacturers warranties as stipulated by their individual manufacturers.

* While we may facilitate in processing of warranty requests with the manufacturers we assume no liabilities of those warranties on behalf of the manufacturers.

* Servicing of warranties is solely the responsibility of the manufacturers and not Kimsey Enterprises LLC.
